Cosmetics a La Carte

Image Overview

Reconfiguring the Belgravia boutique of bespoke makeup company, Cosmetics à la Carte, required DSDHA to engage in urban planning on a miniature scale at Motcomb Street.

The focus of the interior is the bespoke central display unit – conceived as an undulating ‘landscape’ of makeup displays on back-lit Perspex and CNC-cut to accommodate a prescribed configuration of products.

In addition, the internal space was designed to maximise light into a small shopfront within a listing building, owned by the Grosvenor Estate, and create an air of calm for visiting clients.
